Stone Bath Mats

Tranjoy is a diatomite stone bath mat manufacturer and factory. We produce raw slabs and finished absorbent stone products for importers, distributors, retailers, e-commerce sellers and private-label brands.

The standard stone bath mat measures 60 x 39 cm, is 0.9 cm or 9 mm thick and weighs approximately 2 kg.

Standard colors are white, light gray, dark gray, blue, green and purple. Final color availability and matching are confirmed when the order specification is approved.

Yes. Tranjoy supports custom logos, surface patterns, engraving and printing. Artwork, placement, color and finish are confirmed against an approved sample before mass production.

The minimum order quantity for the standard diatomite stone bath mat program is 3,000 pieces.

Yes. The product sample is free, and the buyer is responsible for the sample shipping cost.

The standard production lead time is approximately 35 days after the order specification, artwork and packaging details are approved.

For offline stores, the standard option is a foam box plus an individual box. For online stores, the standard option is a corrugated inner box plus a gift box. Custom packaging can be reviewed for qualified orders.

The standard export carton contains 6 pieces.

The planned loading quantity is 3,024 pieces for a 20GP container and 9,804 pieces for a 40HQ container. Final loading should be reconfirmed against the approved packaging specification.

Tranjoy uses a drop-method absorption test. Under the stated internal test conditions, the standard stone bath mat absorbs the applied surface water in approximately 12 seconds.

The stated production tolerance is +/-5% to +/-10% for dimensions and weight, subject to the approved order specification and product configuration.

Available documentation includes a BSCI factory audit and product-related California Proposition 65, non-asbestos, water absorption and anti-mold test materials. The applicable report and product scope should be confirmed for each order.
